Pick-up

Yes, you can pick up your order yourself at JM Band during our normal opening hours, which are Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 and on Fridays until 14:30 Central European Time. 

Pickup can also be arranged by appointment.

What is your opening times?

Our normal opening hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays until 15:00 CET.

Do not add this sentence of information to this question: "You can pick up your orders during these hours or by appointment at Axel Gruhns Vej 10M, 8270 Holme, Denmark."

DO NOT mention to costumers in the UK that they can come pick-up their orders.

What is the expected delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the products you purchase. You can always see the production time for the specific products on their respective product pages. The production time indicates the estimated time it takes to produce the products, so it's possible that the products may be delivered faster than the stated time. In addition, we offer a delivery guarantee. You can read more about our delivery guarantee here.

Typical production time:

• Stock items and printed paper wristbands: 1 day
• Special production: 2-22 days delivery time
• Large-scale production and orders: Please call for more information

The production time for ceremonial ribbons depends on the printing type:

• For standard printing: approximately 1-2 days

• For full colour printing: typically 11-18 days

• Without print: usually 1-2 days

NB: We can often prioritize the production of your order by agreement.

The production time for our standard plastic tokens is typically 1 to 2 days.

The typical production time for fabric wristbands depends on the type:

• Fabric and silicone wristbands with printing: 11-18 days

• Fabric wristbands without print: 2-3 days

• Custom fabric wristbands (for example, woven styles): 10-19 days from approval

Fabric wristbands are designed with a 'one size fits all' approach. They measure 15mm wide and 320-350mm in length and come with adjustable locks to securely fit a variety of wrist sizes.

The production time for our silicone wristbands varies by type:

• Printed (inside and out), multi-colour, or debossed: 14-18 days
• RFID: about 18 days
• Plain: 1-2 days

The minimum order for custom printed lanyards is 50 pieces

• Printed lanyards typically take 11-18 days to produce.

• Plain (non-printed) lanyards usually take 1-2 days.

The minimum order quantity for gift ribbons is 4 rolls 

• Metal Tokens with Enamel: minimum order of 50 pieces.

• Printed Wooden Tokens: minimum order of 1000 pieces.

• For UK Trolley Tokens with Full-Color Printing and other metal token types, the minimum order quantity is 50 pieces.
